♡ PAYMENTS.
Please be guided on the stated payment terms on the post.
PAYO will be within 24 hours upon mine-ing or confirmation of reserved item.
For DOP, a non-refundable down payment (DP amount is negotiable) will be needed within 24 hours of confirmation of reserved item. Failure to do so will automatically cancel the order. Full payment must be paid on or before DOP. Late payments will be charged 20PHP per day. Exceeding 3 days of late payment without notice will automatically result to cancellation of order.

♡ CANCELLATIONS.
Once the order has been confirmed, cancellation of mined item/s is not allowed. I will not cater or be liable to any transaction (re: pasalo slot) outside of my selling account.

♡ SHIPPING.
No rush shipping. Also, I will not be collecting packaging fee (unless otherwise stated). Please do not expect aesthetic packaging. Rest assured that I will do my best to cover and pack your items as safely (and hygienically) as possible to avoid any dents, creases or damage. However, please note that I will not be liable for any loss, damage or delay of order caused by international and local courier. In case of loss or damage of orders, I advise that the buyer files a complaint directly to the courier’s company. I will try my best to help you with the process.

NOTE: I encourage that you declare the EXACT value of the item/s as insurance and for safety purposes. If you have opted not to, please refer to T&C that upon turnover to couriers I will not be liable to any loss or damage and no refund will be given.

For home deliveries, once a courier tagged your order/package as “return to sender” you will have to pay another shipping fee.

♡ RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND.
Please note that, No clear unboxing video = No replacement/refund of order. I will not be liable for any defects or manufacturing errors.

For transparency, I will give full disclosure of the condition of the item/s. Please make sure you have checked the photos and videos before you proceed with the transaction.

No refunds will be given due to personal reasons or unclaimed orders. For orders with unpaid local shipping fees, an allowance of 30 days after the arrival of orders in PH will be given to the buyer. Failure to claim an order will mean that buyer no longer need/want the item/s and will result in automatic cancellation with no refunds.
